Not a structured interview and it depends on your connection in the organization. You might get interviewed by people who have a Master degree or people from East Asia which means you won't get the job if you are really skilled

The process took about 1.5 months. I applied for the role in March and was interviewed in April. I got an indicative offer around mid-May. The process is quite straightforward. The HR TA team contacted me for the first round of pre-screening, followed by three 3-panel interviews online. The process was smooth. I got the offer, but I declined due to a few clauses in the employment contract, which is a concern for me.
