Interview process took about a 3 month. First interview was in November ending and they called back for second interview first week January and got and offer in match. Simple questions. Mostly all questions where from my resume and some software questions.

Entretien
A call from HR and a 2 hour long interview. The call from HR was about 10 minutes. The interview involved 3 rounds of people. 2 from systems, 2 from software, and 2 senior managers.
It went really well and was mostly behavior based. Was 2 pmo and the lead developer. They asked questions about my c# skills and js. There were also questions about how I have contributed to my team at my current company.

It was a semi technical interview with a senior dev and a manager. They asked a few technical questions and behavioral questions. It was over the phone. Not a lot of leet code
