Interviewed over the phone initially. Called in for an in-person interview afterwards. Applied for a Contracts Administrator position Level 1. For in-person interview, they specified Contract Administrator position Level 2 and did not explain why this was so. Two persons on HII interview team were present physically, the manager was present via virtual. One of the present team members was adversarial. Not quite sure why. At the end of the interview, I asked for contact information and/or business card. I was told if I had any questions, to contact the team member's contact which I had. I sent a thank you email immediately after the in person interview. Then a month later sent an email inquiring on the status of my application. They ghosted me.
