I chatted with an HR first over the phone, and then I were arranged to meet the Hiring Manager physically which they preferred a face to face interview. There were only 2 rounds of interview for me.

No written test, f2f interview only, firstly discussed with a HR colleague on my profile, then two line managers came in to follow up/challenge on whatever they felt suspicious, in an arrogant manner.
