The interview was approximately 2 hours overall. The first few questions were behavioural ("Tell me about a time you..."), I then did a presentation on a topic they gave me beforehand, and we finished with scenario-based questions and room for any questions from myself at the end.

Long winded with more hoops if you are lucky to secure it. Interview with a presentation, and then if successful, another assessment centre interview (a presentation and a grilling interview) followed by a large workbook which once completed you attend basic training which is hard. Only after this can you go to Programne specific training, which is a work book followed by more training. Getting trained can take up to a year….. be sure you want it.
