I applied online at HM Sampoerna (Philip Morris International) website and so far, only did the HireVue interview. It’s not a difficult interview nor that it took long. You just need to use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to answer it.

30 minutes SHL assessment, hirevue digital interview about experience in general, hr interview talking about work experience and then I'm ghosted, already tried following up but no response :)). How professional love it.

i don't think the interviewer is bias-free, considering HR don't really get to learn supply chain finance,i do not think you should act like you know the functions itself more better than an actual finance people
