The interview started with self-interview rather than face to face with their HR. The question does not really dig the skills from my previous experiences. I did not get used to that type of questions thus I messed up all of my answer.

The interviewer was friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. The discussion also included situational questions related to leadership and teamwork. Overall, it was insightful and engaging.
