The interview was made online in two phases. Two employees have participated in the first interview. They were extremely kind and curious about my professional career. It was a good conversation about previous work experience educational backgrounds. The second phase was also made online by three employees. However, just one of the employees talked in the interview. The questions asked were superficial and didn’t demonstrate interest in my professional background and career opportunities. It wasn’t a good conversation.
