Entretien
After I applied via my school website, I got a call from their Shanghai Office at 10:30 PM (EST). I was quite surprised that they had no concern about the timing. On enquiring with another peer who was present at the interview, he said that he received a call at 11 PM. On the call, I was asked to attend an information session that was being conducted at my school.
After that, I received an invitation to attend an interview the next day at 9 pm, with no concern about scheduling, or if that time is convenient. After I arrived, everyone was speaking in Mandarin and no instructions were given to me in English, it is quite obvious that I am not from China. After I enquired, I was told that the interview will start after an hour.
It was a panel discussion and case study with 5 of their employees and 6 candidates. As soon as it began, they all started speaking in Mandarin at which point I had to interrupt and tell them that I did not understand. They spoke to the others in Mandarin and just to me in English so I was quite clueless about what was going on. The case study, thankfully was in English.
Even if they want to become international, this is going to be difficult because as far as I could see, they make no effort towards non-Mandarin Speakers.

The whole process is fast. After I apply to the ITP, it took 2 to 3 days to receive an interview invitation. The interview was conducted at school, which included self introduction (1 mins), followed by a short case study (3 mins to read, 15 mins to discuss in group, your group select a person to conduct a 3 mins presentation). After that, interviewer asked every one one behavioral question. Finally, they asked your preference in PTH.

I attended this interview in Melbourne, Australia. After I sent my resume to the recruiter email, they arranged a group interview. Several days later, I did a 3 to 1 video interview on Wechat app. After 1 months, I received a phone call that gave me an offer to the finance department in Beijing.

It was a group interview to analyze a case study. We were given 30mins to read and discuss the case and finally chose one member to give a short presentation. After the presentation the interviewers commented on our presentations and asked each of us give a short self-introduction. The whole recruiting process was very messy which did not give any good impression about this firm.
