I applied on the company's website. The process took 2 weeks overall. I interviewed at HOK Toronto in May 2017. The first process was a phone interview after which I was interviewed by a panel of 3. They were friendly and I was quite relaxed conversing with them. I was asked about the projects on my portfolio and the challenges. I was also asked if I had any questions about the company. It was generally a positive experience.

The interview process felt very natural and more like a conversation than a scripted interview. The interviewers were great but it was hard to get all my questions in the amount of time. I thought I would make it to a second interview to ask more questions but I did not get a second interview.

Average interview with average questions. They asked about my schooling experience and how it shaped my design language. The interviewer was very genuine and seemed intrigued to hear my background and design journey.

One virtual call followed by one in person meeting . Great people to be friends with. Office seems disorganized. The reviews were late to the meeting and had to leave early. When I arrived I was lost and there were people but no one could help me.
