Entretien
The interview process is straightforward to the point. If you do not have experience they train you and then you are pushed into the position on the refinery floor. Ask as many questions as possible pertaining to this position. Whomever you get to train you, make sure again, that you ask them as many questions and retain that knowledge in order to do LDAR.
