The interview was extremely relaxed. I applied to the job and within a few days I was contacted by the hospital and I have an interview set up less than a week later. It was an in person interview, maximum 15 minutes long, basic questions. I got a tour of the hospital afterwards. They did make me take a drug test before my official start date and I asked if they tested for marijuana and they said no.
