The interview process for this role was unusual in my 10+ year career: 1. I applied through ScoutLab.io, where the recruiter quickly screened me and introduced me to the CEO, Shannon Scott, who is the decision maker for the role. 2. My initial interview was rescheduled twice for different reasons. 3. I had a 15-minute culture fit call with Shannon. We scheduled another call three days later, bypassing the recruiter. 4. The second call was rescheduled once, and during it, Shannon offered me the job without meeting the director of sales or seeing the product. I requested to meet the director and see the product, which he agreed to. 5. After waiting for 1.5 weeks with no response, I learned that another candidate, who had previously declined the offer, had accepted it, and the role was filled. This process felt unusual, and although the company seemed great, I couldn't accept a job based on just a 15-minute interview without seeing the product.
