submitted my app, had to answer 4 short structured questions. got my interview 1 month later, interviewer asked about fit and culture of HSBC, mainly competency and motivational questions that were difficult and require you to use specific examples to justify each answer.

There were multiple IQ, logical and verbal tests. This is followed by a job simulation assessment that is 1 hour long and consists of both video interview questions and numerical questions.
