First round involves basic grammar and verbal ability, along with basic HR. Second round is voice, accent and Third involves operations. Worst interview experience ever. They make you wait, wait and wait. A test for patience, worst experience overall. Not a well structured process, bad HRD which doesn't realize the value of time.

Pleasenr. Very formal, however staff interviewing were lovely and made me feel comfortable and st ease. I had 2 interviewing me. About 5 questions were asked, and last approx 45-60mins
