submit online applicatin and it asked me to schedule an interview online in about 1 day. After phone interview for about 15 min. She said that she would pass the info to the branch manger who might bet back to me within one week. Or I would receive an e-mail about the rejection.

very straight forward:why do you want to change your job, have you had problem with balancing? Discribe "customer satisfaction and diffficult customers" ; how would you deal witht hem.
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle

Easy enough , staff nice , star questions , be confident , make eye contact , be enthusiastic show skills , enjoy it , try hard . Ask questions like a typical day
