Entretien
We had to submit a CV and an online application, complete an online test, followed by a job simulation and then a written assignment. Then we were invited to interviews.
OIA & JSA, OIA includes situational questions and numerics, JSA includes video questions and situational questions. Received minimun benchmark email one month after you complete JSA, and then if you are selected to the further interview process.
1. What do you think about the world in 2050? (Be prepared for a short discussion)
2. What are the values of HSBC, and why do you think that they are important (Make sure you know the three values of HSBC)
Other questions are very general competency interview questions like what is your weakness, can you walk me through a financial news, etc.
