The usual application process to any position in financial services - online app, if successful then online numerical/verbal/logic reasoning tests, if successful then phone interview, and if successful then assessment centre. assessment centre was challenging - consisted of business case study, group exercise, business role play, written exercise. case study was on a specific scenario with specified objectives that you have to reach as a group. group discussion will be a business meeting amongst your group, done in front of the hr and department managers. individual business role play is a 1 on 1 relationship manager and client scenario where you'll be given objectives and briefing of the client. written exercise will be a written report to summarise your meeting to your superior. you are then made to wait 30-60 minutes where managers will evaluate your entire day performance. then you will be immediately notified whether you are are successful, and if you are you will then be invited for final interview with the department manager.
