Es muy lento y torpe, en mi caso para la plaza tardaron 4 meses en definirme algo y estuve a punto de irme a otra empresa. Los exámenes son malos y aburridos.

Doesn't explain why they rejected, interviewer sounds dismissive. When asked for reason, they did not get back nor explain the reason for rejection. I think it is important to have common courtesy

Interviewer didn’t share much about the current team and reason of hiring.
The interview is around 1.5hr long.
