After Selection, you answer 2 questions on a Hirevue, complete a job simulation on Hirevue, round with HR, round with two analysts/associates, and second round another interview (Director/VP) The interviewers were unpleasant. They seemed stuck up and didn't want to be there. They reacted very well if you complimented them on their background, but would cut your answers to behavioral questions short to move on (answers were less than 2 mins) and after you'd answer they had very fake sounding responses. Asked a lot of arbitrary questions that tested if you checked the price of gold/crude that day.

First apply for the desired job on HSBC's website. Depending on the job applied, there may be one or two online assessments, composing of situation analysis and behavior & personality questions. A video interview will usually accompany one of these assessments.
