The interview process was all automated until the last stage.
Initial application online.
Then an online assessment centre.
It was very interactive and a fun experience.
Took a while to get back.
Followed by an "in person" (zoom) interview.

Asked questions about how to deal with a client who is not sure about the deal you have proposed.
Mix of videos questions with written and maths questions.

The job simulation wasn’t too difficult - quite long and the questions were largely asking how you would respond to certain situations. They don’t assume that you know anything but want to see how you respond.
