Telephone interview-a middleman asked some listed,very standard motivational and behavioural questions. He just recorded my response and sent it to the local office where I applied for the opening....no two-way interactions, sometimes I even could heard the sound he pressed the record button I was told at the end of the interview that I passed this stage but the final decision of whether I could enter the next stage was totally made by the local office, and the result is I do not get the place for the next round.....
