At first I was asked to fill a form with personal information. I was alone and they gave me plenty of time to write down pretty much what I had in my resume. After I finished we passed on the interview in a seperate room.
A man and a woman. They were really friendly and even though I was a bit stressed we had a nice conversation.
They introduced themselves, first the woman then the man and I did the same.
It was a typical interview with questions like
Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want to work for us?
Where do you see yourself in five-years time?
We start talking about my experience in the security field in general and then I was asked weather I had any disagreement with any of my supervisors in the past and how I had handled it. They made a briefing about what the position was about and if I had any questions about something.
All in all it was a nice experience and I did farely well on that.
The whole process took me around 20-25 minutes.
I, indeed made it to the next level of my application which was about having an SHL computer test from home, where I failed miserably.
Man it was hard, especially the numerical reasoning part.
At the end of the day the interview was a lot more normal than I expected it to be.
