Standard interview process - A couple of online tests 2-3 stages then AC online with 4 people (2 traders and 2 sales). 10-15min per round.
Questions were quite straightforward. Whole process was well organised.

online application, assessment (verbal, non verbal, maths), job sim (like a long hirevue + assessment) , assessment centre (3 interviews, each with a mix of technical, behavioural, competency - not too bad to be honest)
