The interview process was well structured and supportive. If the interview involves a presentation, you may be asked to complete this 15–20 minutes before the interview. At that point, you are provided with a quiet space to prepare, and the presentation scenario is given to you then.
You are then invited into the interview room to deliver your presentation. After presenting, the panel will ask follow-up questions to clarify points and explore your approach.
Once the presentation is complete, the formal interview begins. This usually consists of around four competency-based questions. Depending on the role, you may also be asked to confirm or explain your knowledge of relevant frameworks or legislation. For example, in a data-related role, questions may cover topics such as the Data Protection Act, GDPR, or related compliance requirements.
If you are not successful, you can request feedback. The interview chair will contact you and provide constructive, helpful feedback to support improvement for future applications.
