About six questions were asked during an initial digital interview. After the digital interview, I was invited to schedule a phone call with an HR representative. That conversation was about 10-15 minutes long. The HR representative went over the normal pay rate, day-to-day operations, and typical career paths for people who accept the role. At the end of the phone call with HR an in-person interview/tour in St. Petersburg was scheduled. The in-person interview lasted about an hour. I spent about 10 minutes combined at the beginning and end with HR. In between, I had a 1-on-1 interview with a supervisor that lasted about 30 minutes and then I was taken on a 15-minute tour of the facilities. I received an offer about a week after the in-person interview/tour.

Three different interviews, all by phone because I was located out of state. The first was with the HR hiring manager. We discussed basic questions about the job. The second interview was with the department manager, where we discussed my skills. The final interview was with the HR manager where we discussed salary. Shortly after that, I was offered the job.
