There was an application form to fill out, a phone call with a member of staff at HSO, an assessment day and a follow up interview day. The first assessment day included a presentation on a new idea for a relevant laptop/mobile application, an interview and two group exercises which showed our personalities and people skills. As this was successful, I was invited back for another day which included another interview with other staff at HSO and a personality/intelligence test.

I have applied for the role through a recruitment agency. After passing the initial screening process I was invited to attend a two days assessment center in Manchester. On the first day there were two group exercises, an individual interview and a Power Point presentation each candidate had to prepare beforehand .
