A series of phone interviews and follow on-site interview (pre-covid). Onsite interview was roughly 6 hours including a presentation of research and interviews. Questions varied by interviewer, but centered around the EdgeSeq technology, sequencing, basic molecular biology,and current diagnostics on market.
