There is an application form online that, apart from general requests of qualification and experience, goes more in depth with questions regarding motivation and reason why you can be the right candidate. I was then contacted by phone from the company confirming that I was short-listed and giving me details for the interview - couple of days after submitting the application - and all details were sent also via email. I did the interview with two members of the company, one doing question and one taking notes. The person who actually did the questions looked bored and not really keen to take part of the interview from the very beginning, I was barely introduce to the colleague. I did the interview in October and I am still "waiting" for an answer. I emailed them a couple of weeks after the interview but did not have any kind of answer, and in my Hugo Boss Career profile, the status of my application is still "in process". A very bad impression from such company.
