Friendly and interested interviewers. Coding interview was a take-home-challenge with 7 days time. The task was expected to be finished within 5 hours (and you were advised to not put more time and effort into it). Not realistic in the 5h time frame without experience on insurance data and models.
Expect insurance related regression tasks with zero-inflated, imbalanced data. Know and understand all your metrics and approaches in detail.

First call was with HR. For the next round, a case study needed to solved. Technical Interview was about the presentation of the case study and data science questions with a focus on statistics and how insurances work in general.
