Had a phone interview with HR and two weeks later contacted for an in person interview with HR two person team, Finance Director and three other managers in finance. Was there for about four hours. didn't hear from them again until maybe 2-3 weeks later with a job offer which I accepted.

Long interview process. The initial interviews are more about company culture, ethics, diversity and inclusion, etc. then, the next round includes several interviews with your actual team (finance or counterparts). I found it to be a bit extensive.
