The interview process at Habitat is conducted in stages. It begins with an interview with specialists, namely the HSS Manager and/or WASH Manager, focusing on technical competencies and understanding of safety standards and WASH programs. This is followed by an interview with the Senior Project Manager to assess project management and operational readiness. The final stage is an interview with the user to ensure alignment with team needs and working dynamics.
