The first round of interview was just a basic HR interview asking why i wanted the job and what skills i had to handle the job. Though it ended positively i did not hear back from them for a month. The second round interview was at their office. Two out of three panelists joined and then one of them left midway! The questions they asked were all about my past experience to see how it would fit into their requirements. They were pleasant and it felt more like having a conversation. After the first panel there was another panel where again only one out of two people joined....it was very basic and conversational. However they did not bother to get back on the results for about 2 months.
