Very thorough first round interview conducted over teams. Expected questions that were the same for every applicant to create a fair process. Interviewers were very understanding and open to explaining things further.

Entretien
The interview was by phone and lasted about 20 minutes. It was basically your standard interview. The recruiter who interviewed me asked me why I felt I was qualified for the job and what customer service experience I had that would be useful to the company.

Entretien
I applied on their website--it took a day to hear back about an interview. A couple days later, I interviewed first with an HR person who asked me some generic questions. Then, two managers came in and interviewed me. It was very cordial, and had some chit-chat alongside the questions.
