There were four interviews in total. The first focused on discussing my past experiences, while the second included questions more tailored to the role and how I would approach different situations. The third interview was a live coding exercise and although those can be daunting, my interviewer created such a calm environment that it felt more like a collaborative session than a test. For the fourth interview, I prepared a presentation based on a prompt they provided in advance. Overall, the interview process wasn’t too stressful and actually made me even more excited about the company. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly engaging and kind which made the experience feel welcoming and positive as a whole.
