Entretien
First was two assessment tests, then a case study, then a personality test, and then a group interview. That was supposed to be followed by a 1-on-1 interview. I was really offended by Josh's attitude and how the group interview pitted candidates against each other. I was ghosted after the group interview which is upsetting for the hours I spent on all of the interview process. If you're going to make people spend that much time and effort, you should show up with a positive attitude in an individual interview and just be honest if someone doesn't get the job.

2. Case Study
This is where you can showcase your skills in analyzing data, crunching numbers and interpret action needed, how to scale products that are lagging in sales performance etc. it is a fun and engaging way to learn and be innovative.
3. Group Interview
You will meet with other 2-5 candidates who make it out of the 5000 applications they received. So give yourself a pat on the back if you made it through.
4. You will receive an email about the start date of the training if you made it.

The interview process is very unique, one question about the group interview was "If you can choose one of the candidate here that we can hire, excluding yourself, who would it be and why?"
