It was a competency based formal interview process. Interviewers were very professional and seemed approachable. They were very proud of HLC and all that the school was achieving. My impression was that HLC was a great place to work. I was offered the role but turned down at the time due to a potential other role - if I could go back I would have accepted the role at that time.
