There was an initial phone screening with a recruiter for about half an hour. After that, there was an hour long panel interview with the supervisor and another process engineer.

Describe what you would do if a package was not manufactured correctly
The interview was okay, there were 5 simple behavioural / competency qs and 1 technical qs. Technical qs was hard. Competency qs were easy. They asked typical qs like tell me about a time....(adaptability, team work, problem solving, taking critism/feedback)
