Simple and straightforward. Two stages. Written technical stage and a second round of behavioural testing with panelists. For the technical part, be prepared to answer questions on physics, doesn’t matter what your major was. And the behavioural part consist of scenario based questions which you should approach using the STAR method

Came in as contractor. Took one face-to-face meeting and was offered the position on the same day. Started one week later.
Hired on as fulltime later, the process of converting to employee took nearly 6 months. Kind of ridiculous.

2 stage interview process. Firstly with HR and country manager and then second stage with country and location manager. General questioning to university degree and interest in working styles and personality.

On campus interview, went in and lasted about 45 minutes. Very easy. They just asked me questions about my resume and how willing I was to travel. Then they said they would contact me about the next steps in the hiring process.
