applied online- took 2 weeks to get interview, they asked a few technical questions to gauge electrical backround. mostly just explained the job an asked if I would be able to fit the requirements what they were looking for.

Simple and friendly. The Supervisor was nice, asked basic questions to determine my skills and experience. Showed me around the mobile equipment i would work on. Pay was negotiated. Asked when available to start.

Very laid back but you are gonna be there for a while frist you sit and wait in the front office then the manager will come out and meet you then you have the tour of the facility and all the shops in the yard after that it's a normal interview typical questions a lot of computer questions

Written test will be performed questions are technical in nature. Halliburton has a standard interview standard to make sure all candidates are questioned the same. Depending on the hiring manager will depend on the level of professionalism of the interview. After technical knowledge is tested the rest is to determine your personality.
