The interview process was great. I actually enjoyed speaking to the panel and felt comfortable throughout the interviews. The breakdown occurred once HR took the reigns. They either had no clue what they were doing or had no regard for another human being's feelings or well-being. They gave off a very cold and uncaring vibe and seemed to work hard at delaying the process at every turn. The bureaucracy at Halliburton is second-to-none, so i'm glad I decided to take an opportunity to work at a company that doesn't limit itself by outdated processes and uncaring human resources personnel.
