I applied online and alma HR contacted me and scheduled two rounds of Skype interview. Both round was not technical one is managerial and other is HR.Both rounds they were bargaining with salary expectations and in HR they asked school college memories and family background, which I feel irrelevant to my Interview.

Entretien
I got a call from recruiter and he told me attend the interview during the second half of the day..As I was free that day I agreed.
Post that, I received another interview call from another employer and he asked me to attend the interview at the same time.I denied as I had already given commitment to attend Halma(Bangalore) interview.
Halma HR's(Bangalore) call up for a telephonic discussion and asking all sorts of basic questions, to which I answered promptly.After the discussion she told she will check with interview panel and get back to me with the interview schedule.
With this word of hope, I kept waiting but to my surprise never received any call or email regarding the schedule thereby missing another interview opportunity.
My entire day went waste!
because of Halma's HR(Bangalore) irresponsibility.At-least I could have attended another interview with another employer.
I have a simple question to Halma's HR(Bangalore)
Why did you waste my time?

Entretien
Received call from HR for interview set up. During that only she asked all HR questions. After that I was asked to come down for technical round. After taking half day leave and traveling from one end to another (electronic city to itpl) finally reached the place for technical round. But she informed I have to go through HR round first as it's there process. Then she asked same questions what we had discussed in phone. I was wondering why I wasted my time. Still I kept patience and given all answers. After 1 hour of HR round she said technical panel is not available so I have to come again some day for that or can go for Skype. I could not understand when initially she already asked same questions Why face to face was also HR. Why she was not agreeing for Skype or telephonic at all.Complete wastage of time.
