Very open about what they are looking for and prompt responses. They are exceptionally blunt about the process and what they are looking for and who they aren't. The process itself was via paper instead of what was submitted online, this requires the individual to have exceptional handwritten skills and little disabilities with such.

It took me only 20 minutes. Mostly the interviewer talked. They asked only one question at the end. The asked me about my free time. They interviewed 12 people for the same position. And they we’re willing to hire only one.
