One will have to go through a simple written test.
A time bound task will be assigned and one would have to clear it to make it through to the next round. With ample amount of time to frame thoughts in a creative format, one can easily pull out desired conclusion which could be helpful for him/her in future ventures too.
We get a chance to interract with the CEO and General Manager and share thoughts and ideas.
HR round with back ground verification. Evaluation by giving tasks. Assessment based on the task and other questions. Analytical questions and the questions regarding Computer operations. Timing to finishing the given task was the primary factor.
