I was interviewed by Sonya (the owner) and Karen (marketing manager). They were both very professional and easy to talk with. They were interested in me as a person. Sonya did not introduce herself as the owner, which I felt was to her credit.

First you have an interview with the store manager with the typical interview questions, then she gives you a hypothetical situation you're helping a client find jewelry for and you go out in the store and pick it out and bring it back to her to explain your decisions. That was really engaging and a time for you to have fun and show off your personality and fashion knowledge. They want people that are friendly and fashion forward.
