I was contacted by HR/Recruitment Team and they invited me to choose a time to have a phone interview with the direct supervisor over the position. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. The interview itself went well — she was kind and could tell she was looking for someone she could really mentor and shape as a teammate.
