J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Handshake (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2024
Entretien
The process was fairly standard; a recruiter screen, a hiring manager screen, a presentation and app critique, then an onsite. I got what I thought was a verbal offer that was down-level, then out of nowhere, not the standard "thank you for applying" email. It was a horrible, horrible experience. They clearly don't care at all about the candidates coming through the process.

The phone interview went great and I expressed my genuine interest in the role and company. I was moved forward to a Past Work Session with one of the two Head of Product Design and was told by the recruiter to prep 2-3 projects. When I joined the Past Work Session, I was made aware that we would only be reviewing one project. This was really disappointing and even the interviewer was surprised to hear that I was prepped to show 2-3 projects. Ultimately, I was rejected because of a lack of breadth in my work, which of course, is difficult to demonstrate in 1 project. When I brought this up with the company, I was not given another chance to interview.
