They were very thorough and kind. They were very personable and had me train with another employee after the first interview so that they could shorten interview times but also allow the new employees to form a bond before they start to work together.

the interview was Informal and quick, being done in less than 20 minutes. The interviewer had some canned basic questions that weren't job-specific. You would have to mess up pretty bad not to get an offer.
