Research abilities test and live interviews with managers. Overall a friendly process and no curve balls or gotcha questions. I felt there was transparency in the process and good communication.

Entretien
1) interview with the recruiter
2) written assessment for which they tell you you are going to need 8 hours. As with every other project at Hanover, that is a lie. It took three full days and I heard of other people that worked on the project for a full week.
2) interviews with three supervisors in my team
