The interview process is long and in depth. I went through about four separate steps with 1-2 weeks between each step. First interview is a general HR screening. Next you are given a writing/research prompt and have one week to complete it. After that was accepted I interviewed with two consultants via Skype. Finally, I participated in a final phone interview. After this long process, I was eventually rejected apparently do to some internal factors.
